杏仁粉拌匀,裝袋就可以擠,擠出來有尖尖記得抹平,晾皮晾到表面光滑不黏手,我
們是用烤箱晾的,50度熱風循環20-30分鐘,看表皮狀態,晾皮很重要,時間短了表
面不光滑,長了不出裙邊,晾完就可以烤了,140度 25分鐘。
