低糖馬卡龍


材料:

  • 蛋白粉 13g
  • 水 60g
  • 杏仁粉 100g
  • 糖粉 100g

製法:

蛋白粉加入水攪拌,加入所有糖粉隔水加熱打發,蛋清温度控制在30-40度左右篩入

杏仁粉拌匀,裝袋就可以擠,擠出來有尖尖記得抹平,晾皮晾到表面光滑不黏手,我

們是用烤箱晾的,50度熱風循環20-30分鐘,看表皮狀態,晾皮很重要,時間短了表

面不光滑,長了不出裙邊,晾完就可以烤了,140度 25分鐘。
