Member Points' Terms and Conditions | Tung Yuen Ho

Promotional terms and conditions:

1. Earn 1 member point for every HK$100 spent；
2. Member points earned from consumption are calculated for each order, and the remainder of each order less than HK$10 will be reset to zero, and there will be no accumulation;
3. The number of member points obtained for each order shall be based on the records in each member's account;
4. After the order status is updated to "Completed", the member points obtained from the order will be valid until December 31;
5. There is no minimum spending when using member points as cash payment, but they CANNOT be used to pay shipping costs and any surcharges;
6. Member points can be used as cash payment when shopping in our store, but they CANNOT be exchanged for cash refunds;
7. You are free to choose to use all or part of your member points as cash payment for each purchase, and the remaining membership points after payment can be reserved for future use;
8. The member points obtained can only be used by the registered account and are not transferable;
   
9. Member points will become invalid immediately once used. Member points will not be refunded if the order is changed, canceled or returned;
   
10. If it is discovered that a customer has obtained member points by fraudulent means, the company will reserve the right to close the customer's account and pursue legal action;
    
11. Tung Yuen Ho reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the above promotions and change any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice;
    
12. In case of any dispute, our company reserves the right of final decision and interpretation。
