How to order in Tung Yuen Ho?

Method 1: Buy through online store

1. Find the ingredients and products you need from the online store.

2. Click to enter the page of the target food category.

3. After selecting and clicking on the page of the product you need, enter the required quantity, and then click the "Add to Cart" icon.

4. Click the "Shopping Bag" icon on the upper right to view the list of selected products. After checking the selected products, click "Checkout".

5. You can "log in" or "register" to become a member of our online store, or directly fill in the delivery arrangement and payment method you want to use, then click "Proceed to Checkout".

6. Please fill in the customer information. If you have logged in to your member account, the system will automatically fill in the registered customer information. You can also choose to enter relevant information yourself.

7. Please fill in the delivery information and select the specified arrival date and time. Customers can check "Recipient information is the same as customer information" (red arrow), and the system will automatically fill in the name and phone number in the customer information.

8. Before submitting an order, the customer must check "I agree to the website terms of service and privacy policy" before clicking "Submit Order".

9. If the customer selects "Become a member of Tung Yuen Ho", after completing the checkout, an email will be sent to the customer notifying them to set their membership password.

10. After successfully submitting the order, the system will send an order confirmation email to the email address in the customer's profile. After confirming receipt of payment, we will arrange delivery or pick up at the store as soon as possible.
