材料:
先倒出班戟粉1包(150g),再加入雞蛋拌勻,然後逐步分3次倒入水,
再用鐵匙壓散粉粒,將麵粉與水調成稀糊狀,備用加入少量牛油或食
用油於鑊中,再用大火預熱易潔鑊,然後改用慢火,再倒入30ml粉漿
於鑊中,約 1 分鐘,煎餅出現小洞,便可反轉煎另一邊。
最後可按個人喜好伴糖漿或水果食用。
