小麥澱粉、磷酸二氫鈣)、乙醯化磷酸二澱粉、葡萄糖、鹽、
麥芽糊精、孔酸硬脂酸鈉、牛奶香料、玉米糖膠、香草香料、
胡蘿蔔素(麥芽糊精、辛烯基丁二酸鈉澱粉、葵花油、 β-胡蘿蔔素、
異抗壞血酸鈉(抗氧化劑)、多磷酸鈉、檸檬酸)
製作方法 :
1. 將雞蛋糕粉100克、雞蛋60克、牛奶或水30±2克攪拌均勻。
2. 雞蛋糕烤盤先預熱,將麵糊倒入約8分滿,烤焙3-4分鐘即可。
