成份 : 砂糖、果糖、澱粉、增稠劑(蒟蒻粉)、膠凝劑
(瓊脂、鹿角菜膠、海藻粉)、人造調味料(荔枝)
做法 :
(1) 將整包果子粉倒入容器中
(2) 加入5公升熱水,攪拌至完全溶解
(3)開火加熱至沸騰,加熱時攪動,再煮1分鐘,熄火
(4)倒入模具,待涼即成,冷藏4小時後質感更佳
(5)放入雪櫃可保存約7天
